Refund policy
OUR RETURN POLICY
Full Price items can be returned for a refund to the original payment method in compliance with our return policy.
Sale items can only be returned for a credit note. This includes items purchased with a temporary discount and/or during a sale period.
We do not offer free returns. Return costs are to be covered by the customer.

Return Period & Garment Conditions
We have a 10-day return policy, which means the return parcel must be sent within 10 days of receiving your delivery. You are entitled to a refund on full-priced items within this period given the item is in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, without odour and the tags still attached.
Please note that for all returns we will provide a return label - the return cost will however, be deducted from you return balance.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, at this stage we are unable to offer exchanges on any orders. If you wish to exchange an item, we kindly ask that you order the new item separately and return your original purchase for a refund. This means you will get your new item sooner, as we will not have to wait for your return to come back before sending the new order.

NZ Returns
NZ returns are honoured in compliance with our return policy. You will receive a credit note or refund only, excluding any shipping costs.
You must use our return portal to initiate the return, so we are aware of the item being sent back.
The return cost is at the expense of the customer, and we ask that you send your order back with tracked shipping via a courier of your choice. Insufficient information regarding your return may result in your return not being processed.
Processing time
Once we have received your return, your credit note or refund will be processed within 3 business days – you can expect to receive your refund within 1-10 business days depending on your financial institution. We take no responsibility for any delays with your financial institution processing a refund.
Faulty Items
In the unfortunate event you receive a faulty item please email online@mauddainty.comimages of the issue itself and of the whole garment. Faulty items will be assessed by our team, and we will repair, replace or refund on a case-by-case basis.
